Today's experiences

In the morning you’ll take a visit of the heart of this beautiful wine estate: the cellars. This is the castle safety vault, where part of treasure is jealously looked after. The wines are here decanted and perfectly aged within barrels made of the best woods, before they are bottled and sold worldwide. Marina Cvetic, Villa Gemma in different variations, just to mention a few among those wines that have received awards and recognition at international level. After the tour the cook of the castle, an expert with traditional Abruzzo cuisine, will receive the guests for a light lunch.
The afternoon time is left available for you to experience these enchanting places, for a relaxing walk among the vineyards surrounding the castle or also a swim in the outdoor pool.
In the evening, we will drive to the location of your first stellar dinner. Chef Spadone is greeting you at La Bandiera Restaurant, with his best meat dishes and all the traditional flavors of the local cuisine, which have been awarded 1 star by the Michelin guide as the best gastronomic offer in the area. The dinner includes a full gourmet menu of 9 seasonal dishes paired to the best wines (wines are not included).
